Stopped in for lunch to go around noon. There was a steady flow of people. We were able to get in and out quickly. Ordering at the counter was easy and efficient. It only took a few mins and my order was ready. There's limited seating inside but I did notice they have a covered outside area with additional seating. I took my order to go. I live about 20 mins away. I really appreciated that when I got home, my sandwich was still warm and the bun was not soggy from the wrapping. A+ I love that the menu is simple and only has a few items. I ordered the Beaut, fries and slaw. The fries are homemade style and have the best crunch. IMO this chicken sandwich is hands down better than Chic fil- A. The Pickles are homemade and good! The chicken is larger and thich cut, but its tender and not dry. Their bossy sauce is a tad bit spicy for my liking, but acts as a good and tasty dipping sauce for the fries. I highly recommend and will go back to try other options on the menu.

I truly believe this is the best chicken sandwich in Charlotte. They use thighs so they are always juicy, never dry. I'm partial to the hot thigh sandwich which is messy and delicious. I ask for no mayo because that part is always a little too much for me, but I love their house pickles. Fries are super seasoned and you have to get the bossy sauce to dip them in. Love that they carry Coca Cola products, as that's my preferred soda. There is also plenty of free parking.

Stopped in for a quick light lunch bite - fast service. Sandwich was a little light on the hot sauce - got some blue cheese to go with it.

Chicken sandwiches have been popular for a few years but a limited number of places make a great one. Add Bossy Beulah's to that list. The Beaut sandwich had great flavor and just the right amount of crisp. The hot thigh sandwich was flavorful but the sauce made the sandwich a bit messy - nothing a bunch of napkins couldn't handle! Order at the counter, fill your drink, and your food should arrive in under 5 minutes. Menu is limited which isn't a bad thing - the restaurant focuses on what they do well. They have outdoor seating and a pergola over their patio, three tables inside, and about 17 stools at counters. I am eager to return the next time I have a chicken sandwich craving!

One of the most underrated staples in Charlotte. I literally don't know of a place with better fries. And their chicken bites are extremely good. You can tell they could their food the old fashioned way with old school recipes and the flavor speaks to that. Such a great stop for chicken and fries!

This little gem is slinging chicken Faster than Chic-fil-a mobile pick up! You need a quick lunch, come here. You will not be disappointed! Fries are seasoned and full of flavor, the chicken sandwiches are delicious and they have a salad or kids nugget option too! Not working? Grab a craft beer with lunch. Working and hate your job, grab a craft beer with lunch anyway ! With private parking, this lot stays busy! I love the Motown music they play. Great vibes here. Will definitely be back.

If you love a good chicken sandwich, this is a must try! The staff is so welcoming and service is super quick! The location is small, but has plenty of seating if you come early and beat the lunch rush. I would recommend being there when they open at 11:00. The house made pickles and their fresh cut fries set them apart from your standard chicken shack:) The selection of dips is also a plus. I really like their bossy sauce. Myah went above and beyond to make our party of 3 feel welcome and taken care of. We will definitely be back!

This is my second time trying them and I will say my experience was better than the first. The first time I came I got the regular chicken sandwich and I wasn't impressed. It lacked flavor to me. But this second time around I got the bossy bites (nuggets) and they were pretty good! A great size for the price and they're really filling! Next time I May check out their wings! I will say be prepared to search for parking during lunch hours. I came on a Tuesday at 12 and their parking lot was packed! Thankfully they have additional parking next door! But even though it was packed the service was fast! I literally only waited 5 minutes all together!

Bossy Beulah's ......I've driven past this establishment plenty of times and I finally stopped in. Playing a simple, short and sweet the chicken wings with fried to perfection. Not heavily Breaded. Juicy. Great seasoning. Crispy. I've also included a picture of how chicken wings should look once you're finished eating them, when they're really really good. The French fries were cut from a potato and salted and seasoned and lightly fried until the skin was crispy. I would definitely go back.
